2022 Continuing Education CoursesIf you obtained your Real Estate License before June 2020, you need to take continuing education courses required per the state of Connecticut.

You can take them online or in some random board room or you can join us in a fun and fresh environment with other Real Estate Professionals just like you. All agents are welcome regardless of where you hang your license.

Courses will take place on Tuesday November 30th & Wednesday December 1st from 9am-4pm with certified instructor Mike Frescatore at our headquarters, 185 Plains Rd, Milford CT 06461.

We know you will get hungry so lunch is on us.

Limited seats available on a first come first serve basis.

Courses will including the 2 *NEW* mandatory classes:

• CT Real Estate Law for Brokers and Salespersons
• Understanding and Preventing Racial Bias in Real Estate

In addition to 6 hours of electives as required to renew your license in 2022.
